Same problem, different post S10+ preorder issue

I have sent this to the FB DM and Twitter DM and haven't even been able to get a reply or acknowledgement from anyone. Here is my post....just like everyone else. This is what I sent on Friday. I preordered a s10+/128/white. The rep set up an appt for my pickup which was today at 10am. It was even confirmed yesterday. I took time off from my job to go to the store to find out that my phone is not in and that they have no idea when it will be in. I am highly disappointed. I assume that I will not be able to activate my phone to get my samsung buds either. Also, I asked the rep in the store today if I could just pick up one of the phones they had in stock and she told me no because I couldn't get the trade in value. However, when I returned to work, I saw that you were still running the promo. Is there any assistance you can provide? It is Tuesday and I haven't gotten any calls or acknowledgements. I dont want to miss out on my headphones.

Thanks for the post. Nice choice with the s10+ though I'm sorry to hear your device didn't arrive as anticipated. 

 

Know that we're working to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. While cancelling and reordering may not be the path we would want to take with promotions attached, I would be happy take a look at your order and double-check the status, seeing what's going on.
