Good Afternoon!
I'm from Brasil, and recently I had my phone (Samsung Note10) stolen.
In Brasil we have a way to block the device, by calling our mobile company and blocking the phone through ANATEL, by the IMEI code. Since my phone was stolen, I called my phone company and asked them to block the device. 
Later in this month, my phone was found, and since it was blocked (the IMEI), I called the company and was told that I had to present the receipt to ANATEL to unlock the device. However, since I lost the receipt, and since the phone was bought in Orlando Florida, in Best Buy (store 0510), I was hoping that you guys kindly help me, sending the receipt of the phone.
I'm adding all the informations that I saw at the Best Buy Forum, so that you guys can help me.

  • Store that was bought: Best Buy Florida Mall - 8350 S Orange Blossom TRL - Orlando, FL 32809 - 0510

  • Device: Samsung Note 10
  • Other purchase: Iphone 11, and cellphone cases
  • Payment Method: cash and Mastercard.
