S22 Ultra Delay without Update

Has there been any update on S22 Ultra delays? I preordered a Phantom Black 256GB (Verizon) back on Feb 13. I was told to come back in on the 25th, which I did. When I got there, they simply said there were none delivered yet. It has been a month, and no one has reached out to me with any kind of updates.

 

I have friends who ordered through Samsung directly without issue and have long since gotten their phones. I would rather not have to cancel a pre-order (and deal with the gift card promo stuff), but without any end in sight, I'm unsure of what other options I have.

 

This is absolutely silly... a whole month without so much as a time frame, apology, or phone.

I am saddened to hear that this is not a one-off problem, and that Best Buy may not be the right avenue for future purchases. Assuming I'm not the only one still waiting, there are a number of people who would appreciate having some kind of outreach.

I didnt reach out further because your answer was "when we get more units, we will fulfill your order".

As of a day or two after your first response, a date of April 6th was put on the order screen. As of this morning, it is now ready for pickup.

I'm relieved to have the new phone ready for me as my current one is on its last leg, but still displeased by the hassle up to this point.

All the same, thank you for your responses and making yourself available for private messages.
