S10 preorder, no information

Hi there. I preordered an S10 on 3/4 with expectations of having it close to the release date. The release date came and I didnt hear anything from best buy, but from friends who either preordered after me and received their order from best buy or who have gone into the store, whether it be best buy or a cellphone retailer and been able to get the phone. The really frustrating part is that my next plan was upgraded for me to get the phone and at&t is already moving forward with payment on a phone I dont even have in my hands. I have waited 2 weeks now, contacted my best buy both last week and this week, and I have not received any information at all. Everyone has told me that they have no idea when I will be getting the phone and my order doesnt have an ETA or anything. This is a bit ridiculous having to deal with this and pre-ordering with the expectation of easily receiving the phone. I could've easily waited until the day of release and been able to buy the phone the day of. Also if I wouldve known I would've been paying for a phone I dont have yet I wouldve also held off on preordering.
