S10+ order

I preordered a S10+ in store on 3/5, have an order number but keeps telling me there's an error with the order number, name and phone number. I have no date of expected delivery nor can anyone on the phone with best buy mobile help me. I need to have an idea of when to expect the phone I ordered.

The Galaxy S10+ looks like a truly amazing phone, so it's understandable that you're anxious to know when you can get your hands on your pre-order. We know how much this purchase means to you, which is why we are sending updates to the email attached to the order as soon as new information comes in.

 

If you haven't been seeing any email updates on your Galaxy S10+, I recommend checking your Spam/Junk folder as they can sometimes get pulled there by mistake.

 

While we've been doing everything we can to fulfill pre-orders quickly and keep our customers up to date with information on their purchase, we know that waiting for an email can be difficult.
