S10+ Pre Order and not pro using information

Good day, me and my girlfriend was at the stores and was looking at the new samsung galaxy S10. We inquired about the phone we decided to go ahead and pre order the phone and to joint our accounts into one carrier Sprint. My girlfriend is with Sprint and I am with Tmoblie with 2 line. The pre order was for 2 S10+ and a purchase of the S9 that same day to add the line to sprint for that phone. We were told when the pre order was completed that to come back the day after the phones release date to pick up the phones. We when on that Saturday but was told the phones were not there yet. We were told it should be in the next shipment and to call the next day to verify. We called but was told the same thing that it was not there yet and it would be in the next shipment. It has been 7 days since then and we still are waiting. I had to pay another month on my tmobile just to keep my line open and also pay an addition line now for sprint since the S9 we purchased. We were not told we had to wait this long for a preorder by the staff. If we were told this then we could have been better prepared on what we could have done regarding switching over to only one carrier. I had to pay over 200 dollars for my tmobile account so I can have my line open just to wait for the new phone to create the other new line. I am very disappointed on how we were misinformed and it is very costly.

I appreciate you sending me the information that I've requested in a private message, and I have had the opportunity to see who was on the order.  With apologies, our Privacy Policy would not allow us to release any information to anyone except the purchaser on the order.  Please invite the person on the "Bill To" line of the order and have then register, as you have, so that I can further assist them with their preorder.  It would be my pleasure to lend a helping hand, and just have the purchaser register with the Best Buy forums and send me the same information I asked of you. 

 

Hope to hear back from them soon so that I can provide an update on their preorder.
