Rushed Out of Store

I was asked to make my purchase from an employee when I was discussing the item with a other employee because it was close to closing time. Well I got to my truck and realized that it was not what I wanted and I just wasted 20 minutes explaining what I needed. Do I rushed back to the store as I never left the parking lot. Stood at the door trying to get the employees attention for a good 5 minutes. Finaly someone came to the door and told me they were closed. I tried to explain to her my situation and now in has just compounded.

I need a place to have my phone visible as my company is growing so fast I have to constantly be contacted. So I stopped here at the Yakima BestBuy to get help. I got alot of help. The item I was sold does not even hold my phone. I could list several ways this has caused me time. When could of been rectified in 5 minutes.

So now I took 30 minutes away from my family to sign up and write this about this store. They are rude and could careless about my needs or business problems. Instead created. I left the $28.00 phone holder at the door because I was so surprised when they went back to talking like I was not there. If you shop there make sure you give your self an extra 15 minutes so you can check what you were sold really works.

Horrible customer care.
