Rude Customer Service

I went to Bustbuy at Ahwatukee AZ yesterday. I asked an employee named Andrew at customer service if he can help me check the availability of a product in another store. He just said THAT’S STUPID and threw other customers’ packages badly as garbage.

Thank you for connecting with us on the Best Buy Forums, although I wish we were meeting under a better circumstance. We take customer service very seriously, and based on your description of your interaction with the Blue Shirt at the Ahwatukee Best Buy, it does not sound like this was anywhere near what we would have wanted for any of our customers. I certainly wish things had gone much differently during your visit.

Black Friday night in Toronto! I went to Best Buy near the Scarborough Town Centre this guy in Apple section is so rude. I went there to buy the apple mouse. I was just about to ask a question and this guy immediately said "I don't know" and I  said  that I haven't asked the question and he quickly answer "Whatever" while smirking. So I said why are you rude and he quickly answer "No i'm not" while walking away smirking. He doesn't have a name tag but he is the tall and smelly guy in the Apple section on the this very date, Nov 29, 2019, around 7-7:30pm. I googled if I am the only one with issue about your employees but to my surprise there are tons of complains about this issue. You even have a forum for it.

 

Thank you, I hope that the management is aware of this. Also with their hygiene, specially on busy days, have them change their shirt at least their smell so strong specially that rude guy. I am pretty sure he doesn't take daily shower.
