Roseville Michigan store

I DID NOT make a purchase due to poor customer service.

I am very interested in an open box vizio speaker bar, but once I found out it had no remote I lost intrest.

I asked a store employee if he could look again, or ask, and he seemed annoyed.

I went up front to customer service and the lady said we will send back a manager, if it is an open box item they definitely want to try to make a sale. I also asked if a universal remote would work and he said " I doubt it, but you can always return it "

I thought, well why not try it now then ? To make a sale.. fyi.. the remote is 7.99

Anyways, after asking customer service about checking other stores, and she said a manager would talk to me.... I waited 35 minutes before walking out. No, they were not over , even remotely busy on a Thursday night at 6 PM

I guess I'll just try to grab one through target or Walmart ,

Sad because I really wanted this soundbar, too.. the 38 inch soundbar without the wireless sub. Most are a package with the sub.

I highly doubt I will ever return.
