Roblox gift card

Hi,

My son received about 6 roblox cards for his birthday and all of them said it was not activated. We went to the store and was told it is already activated. I emailed roblox and they said it's not activated. When I went back to the store in Honolulu, HI and spoke to the manager (Elizabeth {removed per forum guidelines}? She advised that she will take care of it and I have not received a reply back since July 8. I sent her couple more emails after and got no response. My sons Aunty/uncle got him physical cards since we all read that the ecards were giving people problems. Now it seems like both physical and e-cards should be avoided. Please help!

Thanks for sharing this with us! Birthday gifts are meant to be fun, so I can imagine this isn’t turning out the way your son’s Aunty and Uncle intended. I’d love to see what may be possible to help going forward.

 

To get started, I’ll need to speak to the purchaser of the Roblox cards directly.
