Roadie Driver Kept My Package. They did not deliver it.

I placed an order with Best Buy on 7/26 (order # {removed per forum guidelines}) (Roadie # {removed per forum guidelines}). The order was for 2 laptops. My order was supposed to be delivered the same day (7/26) by 9pm by a third party company, Roadie, that was contracted with and through Best Buy. I have not received anything. My order was picked up around 4:15pm from Best Buy in Miami Beach. I called the Roadie customer service at about 9:45pm to inquire about my order. I was told that the driver's phone number was going to voicemail. I told her that someone needed to get in touch with the driver because they still have my items and it was approaching 10pm. She said that she'll try again and then proceeded to hang up on me. I called back and got no response. I called again and I have been waiting on hold in que for about 40 minutes and it is now 12:09am on 7/27. I called my bank to attempt to stop the payment but they can't because it has not been posted yet. The Roadie driver has stolen my items and they have not been of any help. I have attempted to contact Best Buy through the chat and now by email. I have already made a complaint with the BBB about Roadie. I cannot file a police report because the order was through Best Buy and not Roadie so, Best Buy will have to file some type of complaint. Meanwhile, I'd like my items replaced along with a store credit for the inconvenience.
