Best Buy Store Purchase

Greetings,

I was wondering If I could make a return on a TV I bought. Problem is, I dont have the packaging to repackage it and make the return. Am I able to buy the packaging or is there another way around this?  I still maintain everything the product came with including manuels. Anyways, Thank you!

You would not need the packaging when returning it to a local Best Buy store, the original packaging is not needed.  There is a big caveat to this though....you need to do everything within your power to safely transport it back to make that return.  Any damage to the television will likely disqualify it from being returned.

What jdogg says. Returns without the packaging happens all the time but not often as one would think but it does happen! Remember if your TV had an promo items to return it otherwise its deducted from the return
