Return

I got some beats X wireless earphones for my birthday, but I dont need/can't use them. Can i bring those back without a receipt? They are unopened and I know they came from there.

They dont have a receipt. It was a birthday gift and he threw away the receipt he "thinks" so what are my options?

If the original purchaser has a My Best Buy account this purchase is likely in their history. They can also contact us here using their own forum profile and by phone at (888) BEST-BUY or (888) 237-8289 so we can continue to look for this receipt.

It was bought in store paid cash he said. Do you keep track of the serial numbers perhaps?
