Return warranty replaced TV?

We purchased a Vizio TV in November that has been nothing but trouble. Numerous issues that I’ve troubleshot with Vizio support directly. They recently replaced the TV under warranty but we are having similar issues with the new TV. I’d like to wash my hands of it and replace it with a different brand. Under the extended holiday return policy, I should have until January 14 to return it. However, now that the TV has been replaced under warranty, we have a new one with a new serial number. Is there any hope for me to return it and exchange it for a different brand?

It's up to the store manager l, however per policy sence the new TV didnt come from bestbuy the answer would be no.

Welcome to our community forums. It's been quite a long time since I purchased a TV so I know I would my new one to be perfect as well. Typically if a product is replaced by the manufacturer we would be unable to process a return or exchange but I'd like to make sure we explore all possible options.
