Return warning

A couple of days ago I purchased a firestick from a Bestbuy store. After using it for a week or so I notice that it keep disconnecting from my home wifi after 10 or 20 minutes. After checking that all my other devices were connected I came to the conclusion that the firestick had some kind of issue. To reconnect it I had to restart it every single time I also factory reseted it and that didn't solve my problem. After giving up, I took it to the store to exchange it for another one and then the customer service representative provided me with what looked a receipt only to find that it was a paper that says and I quote: "future returns may be declined". At this time this was printed after the exchange had been done. Because it was closing time I left the 1502 store. I returned today in the morning to the store to return the unopened box that was exchanged but was refused and the manager said I had to call the number listed because our account had been blocked by corporate.

Best buy uses a shady company to track their returns. People the shady company believes do excessive returns are blocked. You can call the number on the receipt and ask for a returns report. The moderators o. Here sometimes get involved if the returns company made a mistake. Of course if you do make a ton of returns they tend not to help you. Like returning an unopened firestick after you just exchanged it....
