Return warning

I went yesterday to the local best buy store to buy a samsung wireless charger and when I could not find it, I bought another charger from the store. After few hours, I was near a samsung store and decided to buy the brand name one (samsung) and return the previous one I had bought from best buy (because of previous bad experience with not buying a brand name charger, the charger burned my phone port and I am glad the phone did not explode at the time). Upon returning the charger to best buy (same day of purchase and with receipt), I received a return warning based on my previous return activity in the past 90 days???? when the only other item I recall buying and returning in the past 90 days was a 100$ GPS that did not work as advertised by thr store associate, and even this return was done under the return policy, in original packaging and with a receipt. This is absolutly ridiculous !!!  why will I keep an item if I am not happy with my purchase or if does not work as advertised especially when your return policy clearly states "If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, let us help you with a replacement, return or repair" 

I was about to order some more expensive items from best buy, but now I will just find another retailer. I will simply stop buying from best buy if I know I might not be able to return the items if I am not happy with my purchase.

Welcome to our community.  After having such a surprising experience with an off-brand charging cable, I don't blame you for wanting to ensure the cables you purchase moving forward are exactly right for you.  One thing I take seriously as a consumer is my ability to return or exchange any products that don't meet my needs, so I can understand why this may have come as a shock to you when you couldn't return something to our store.
