I sent back a sound bar a couple of days after I received it on 12/24/21. It said return received on 1/5/22 but then on 2/24/22 I got it back in the mail. It came with a letter saying the serial didn't match the one delivered to me.
The serial number on the box that has MY DELIEVERY ADDRESS from roadie matches the one on the bar.
I don't know what to do.
I've tried contacting chat on 2/24/22 who said they'd escalate my return but never heard back. I contacted them again today 3/20/22 cause I never heard back but they said that the serial number didn't match and my return had been sent back. I asked for an email to send pictures and they said no email.
How do I get my money back? Its been three months since I've started the return process and no one has been helpful.
