I tried to return a laptop but got turned away at the Best Buy store since it was 2 days outside of the return window. I was sick during the week of the return deadline and with the rainy weather recently, I just could not bring the laptop to the store in time. The laptop got stutters and the the fan got so noisy while running anything heavy. Turning off the fans just throttled the performance. We have a newborn baby and the noise annoyed my family quite a bit. It was so stressful for me being stuck with the laptop right now even though it's still in good and clean condition (only bought it near 2022 Christmas).
