One of the best benefits of shopping with us is our flexible return and exchange policy. That said, as long as the packaging and all included accessories are still present, you have the ability to visit your local store and request an exchange. Please keep in mind that this only applies if you're still within the 15 day return policy (or 30/45 respectively if your My Best Buy account is in Elite or Elite Plus status). They will then process the exchange and inform you of any balance remaining that needs to be covered should there be a price difference.

Well, I just tried returning a set of headphones today, even with all the protective plastic and still stickers on. I didn't like the way it felt once in my head and the sound was not what I hoped.
But when I went to the store to return them I couldn't because they were headphones... something to do with sanitization. They ended up giving me store credit instead which I'm not happy with.
