Return issue

I bought a TV (about my 3rd from best buy) and a Google nest to boost my wifi and apparently got the wrong item and got a router instead. I went to take it back and it was over 15 days, so they refused not even offered store credit? I never even plugged it in. VERY disappointed and if this is how you do business I will take my business elsewhere!

The 15 day return period is printed on the receipt, posted on the counters, some of the walls....

Thank you for posting on our forum. I know how important it is to have fast internet in your home, and I wish the Google Nest you purchased would have worked out for you. I can understand wanting to look into an exchange or return option in this case, and I'm happy to share more about that window and policy.

 

Your return and exchange time period begins the day you receive your product. For Core members, you have 15 days to do so with most products, while Elite have 30 days, and Elite Plus have 45 days. More about our policy can be found here.
