Purchasing a new device is always an exciting process and one that we enjoy making a unique experience for all of our customers. To hear that your experience at one of our stores was less than satisfactory is disappointing.
When it comes to purchasing a phone, our Return & Exchange Promise for smartphones does incur a $35 if you are within the 14 days. Anything beyond this time frame would make the device ineligible to be returned or exchanged. If the device was malfunctioning or defective and within the 14 days we would have gladly worked with you to get you a replacement. We stand by the products we sell and want to make sure our customers are happy with the products they purchase.
