Return Warning

Returned a Radar Detector that was overkill for what i needed it for, come to find out that I've recieved a warning and that future returns may be denied. I requested a copy of my activity report and I have returned a decent amount of things, however a couple were exchanges and some were due to defective merchandise. I've been a best buy customer for over 10 years and this is how I get treated? Retail equation said they couldn't do anything, this is absolutely frustrating.

3 days and no reply? What is this best buy? Really close to losing a 10+ year customer if service is like this....

Agreed- If you need immediate assistance, the 800 line is there to assist you.

If you like, I can assist with getting your account reviewed in detail. If this is something that you are interested in, please send me a Private Message with the following information:

  • Full name
  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • Warning ID (this should be on the printed notice that you received and it will typically end in -BBY)
  • Details on any items that you are currently seeking to return, and the reason for the return request (buyer's remorse, does not work as described, defective item, etc.)
