Returned a Radar Detector that was overkill for what i needed it for, come to find out that I've recieved a warning and that future returns may be denied. I requested a copy of my activity report and I have returned a decent amount of things, however a couple were exchanges and some were due to defective merchandise. I've been a best buy customer for over 10 years and this is how I get treated? Retail equation said they couldn't do anything, this is absolutely frustrating.
