Return Warning

Hello,

 

Today I recieved a very unfortunate surprise when I returned an item to my local Best Buy and was told a warning has been placed on me that if I make another return I will be banned from making returns for the next year plus. I believe this is a mistake due to a recent unfortunate series of returns I had to make as I purchased an iPad Pro and had to make a series of returns in a few days due to a recuring factory defect, not an issue I caused, that was present on several devices in a row (even the Best Buy employees confirmed it was a known issue at the point of purchase). Now, after purchasing a kindle, exchanging it for a different one, and finally deciding the device was just not for me and taking it back to Best Buy, I was placed on this "warning list". I truly believe this is a mistake, as, other than this unfortunate series of returns I had to make with the iPad devices, I only make returns when necessary and never return devices that are not in brand new condition or are missing any parts. I requested a return activity report from the Retail Equation, but they were pretty much no help at all. I really value having Best Buy as a place to shop for all sorts of things, and this sort of restriction would certainly prevent me from being able to shop there for a long while. Thank you.
