Return Warned : Future Returns maybe Declined

I went to the store today to price match the price of the laptop bought last night from the store to the Best Buy Online price, and got this warning that my future returns may be declined. I find this very frustrating, I know I have several returns but those returns are all covered with replacement warranties and should not be counted as a return as I paid for these warranties. I would need to get this resolved ASAP as I have existing Replacement warranties that are still active and what if something happens to that product/item, then I will not be able to exchange it with another one. What is the purpose of getting replacement warranties if Best Buy will not allow you to exchange/return.

I called the 1-888 on the Returned Warned and all they can do is sent you a history of returns, and definitely I would like to dispute this as most of my returns are all backed by the Replacement Warrant and some are just price adjustments. The way return data is getting collected is wrong and should have additional criteria to identify if there are fraud involved, and should have excluded, price matches, defective product, and products covered with replacement warranties. This is very frustrating and I will consider to not buy from Best buy if this practice continues.
