Return Status Never Updated When Attempted To Ship Return

Hello all, I recently shipped back an item purchased in store for a return through UPS but the order status in my account never updated after printing the shipping label and when UPS confirmed the return was delivered. I also never received a confirmation email for the return. I’m worried the return is not being processed but my item is stuck in the warehouse. Is this typical for shipping returns for items purchased in store?

Thanks for reaching out. I can understand having sent back your item and not getting an update about the refund wouldn't be ideal. I'd be happy to look into this with you. 


Per our Return & Exchange Promise, it can take about seven to ten business days for a return by mail to be processed. This may take a bit longer after the holidays, due to higher return volumes. 


That said, I see that you had sent one of our specialists a private message with some other details. I will be responding to that shortly to discuss this further.
