Return Refusal

Hi - I recently bought a boosted Board Mini x , which I was hesitant on because I wanted to get a boosted stealth. The customer service told me that I can use it and purchase it and as long as i pay the restocking fee, a normal wear and tear they will still take the board back. Now that I tried returning it because there’s scratches on it.. an item that is going 15-20mph is will definitely get some scratches. Now I’m stuck with a very expensive board that I feel unsafe on using and being refused to take this back.

I’ve been a elite member for the past 10 years and this is making me really change my shopping habits.
