I purchased a package of Epson Ink (black and three colors) from the Gastonia, NC store on 2/28. I brought the ink home and replaced two colors in my Epson WF-2750. It told me that it did not recognize the cartridges. I took them out numerous times and reinserted them also turned off the printer and back on. It never did recognize the new cartridges. I returned them to the Gastonia store today only to be told that if ink had been opened it was policy to not give refunds. The black and yellow cartridges were still in the cellophane. I went to Office Depot and purchased the same package of ink cartridges and they work fine. I would not complain but this was a $65 box of cartridges. I understand that ink can be purchased, used and then returned but these were clearly defective. I will be contacting Epson directly with this issue also. Thank you for your time.
