I did an online order for an Apple 12 Pro case and screen protectors. Before going to pick up my items, I realized I only needed the case, not the screen protectors. Our family needs to be extra cautious with the pandemic, so we're only doing curbside pickup from all stores. The person who brought out both items indicated that she was not able to only give us one and that we had to take both items - even though we only needed one. Not ideal. But I thought we would just return the screen protector in a few weeks when we went to that particular town again.
I did not realize the prompt deadline for returns and missed the deadline by two days. I tried to call the store but was unable to get through. I drove to the store two days after the deadline to see if I could talk to someone outside but the guy delivering curbside (whose mask was pulled down below his nose) told me that he was only inventory and could not help me.
So . . . all said, I did miss the deadline, I get it. But I didn't even want the item. And then, when I went to talk to someone, the guy wasn't wearing a mask properly and couldn't help me. Any chance I can just get a return label and mail back these screen protectors?
Thanks for considering.

Welcome to the Best Buy Community forums. Thanks for reaching out. Staying safe and cautious in this pandemic is vital. As noted here, our employees should be wearing masks properly, so I appreciate you letting me know that this employee wasn’t.
In addition to looking into what’s possible under our Return & Exchange Promise here, I’d like to look into that. Can you please send in a private message by using the link in my signature with your name, email address, phone number, and the order number? Please also let me know when it was you visited the store. Like I said, I’ll see what’s possible.
