Hi, I have recently been denied a return which is outrageous given that I run a hotel and that we need supplies from best buy that does not always work. I have called both the support number and best buy themselves to no avail this is simply ridiculous and I would love to get this resolved as quickly as possible.

While we would not typically expect purchases or returns for a business to be processed at our local stores, I can understand the need to make an occasional return, particularly if something is defective. Can you tell me a little bit more about the item you are looking to return, and the reason why your return was denied? Did you receive a printed notice from the register denying future returns?

Hi yes, I was trying to return an insignia cable because I tried to hook it up with the printer but it was not working so I found another way to do it. After that, I no longer had any need for the cable itself so I tried to return it. They did not give me a reason as to why it was denied though I did get a printed notice from the register denying the return. Also could you please tell me about how we would buy things through best buy for business usage.
