I am SO UPSET!
I have been denied returns for 365 days at Best Buy because of a few recent returns. Sadly, the two returns that flagged it were $1 and $3 respectively.
I went through my credit card transactions--I've spent over $20,000 in 2017-2018 at Best Buy, but now I'm unable to make returns for one YEAR?!
This seems like a cruel joke. I called the company, The Retail Equation, and they are emailing me a report--but offered no way to challenege this punishment. I called Best Buy customer service--no one was able to help me.
If this doesn't get fixed, I will no longer be shopping at Best Buy--which is very frustrating.
Has anyone experienced this and have they found any avenues that removed this 365 day ban on returns?

I called the corporate office and explained everything and they have removed the ban from my account (for now).
They did say that this does not prevent possible warnings or blackouts in the future.
I cannot imagine not being able to shop at Best Buy.
