When returning a 34.99 item Wednesday night CS printed a warning that I had to sign saying further returns may be denied.
I am am completely confused. I looked back at my account and I have returned a total of 5 items in calendar year 2018 totalling about $120. Every return was factory sealed and with a receipt. I have spent over $2000 so far in 2018. I am an Elite member and have been for 5+ years.
Is is this how BB has decided to treat their highest level customers? I understand they have employed a 3rd party return tracking company but this is BEST BUY’s decision.
So ive returned less than 5% of the value I’ve purchased in 2018. I will no longer be shopping at BB if at all possible if I will not have the right to return an unopened item with receipt. I will just pricematch to target and get my extra 5% off. For items in which Best Buy is my only option I will just have my wife purchase off account.
This is is an absolutely pathetic way to treat your most loyal customers. You’ve lost my business.

Welcome to the forum. One thing I take seriously as a consumer is my ability to return or exchange any products that don't meet my needs, so I can understand why this may have come as a shock to you when you received a return warning at our store. I'd like to look into this for you, but I'll need some additional information first. Please keep an eye out for a private message heading your way shortly, which you can view by logging into the forum and selecting the orange envelope at the top of the page.
I'm grateful you wrote to us with your concerns.
