Restocking Fee for a product that does not function as advertised

I recently purchased a Sony FDR-AX-700.  The Best Buy website stated

 

"Optimized for faster processing to drive focusing speeds, stunning 4K HDR (HLG) capture, and incredible slow motion recording at up to 960(NTSC)/1000(PAL)fps." - Which is not true the camera reduces resolution when in slow motion and only allows for 30 secs of slow-motion recording.

 

"Built-in LANC port -Enables connection to a LANC-compatible accessory, so you can control the camcorder remotely with ease"

 

Not completely ture - Yes it has LANC, but it does not allow full control and only works with a limited number.  Additionally, the app doe snot allow for full control of the camera and it is limited to record and iris control.

 

I had to purchase a more expensive camera from Best Buy, but still was charged a restocking fee.

 

Why am I penalized for inaccurate information posted by BEst Buy on the webiste?  We can also discuss some of the fake reviews.

 

Feels like a bait and switch and false advertising.
