Replacement

Hi
I bought a Kindle in one of your stores in NYC in the end of April this year. The screen has become pixelated and restarting it doesn’t change this. Therefore, I’d like to return this and get a new one.
I’m residing in Europe so I cannot go to one of your stores. Please let me know what my options are.

If you are within our Return and Exchange Promise, I recommend that your return the Kindle to a store in the US. You can ship it to a friend or family member, send them the cameras along with the purchase receipt, and have them brought to a local Best Buy store to verify the warranty coverage options of the manufacturer.
