I purchased a Eero 6E with a trade-in ($62.85) in BestBuy store. There are many complaints/isses about eero 6E and I do not plan to upgrade the home network. I plan to return the the unopened device. The website clearly states that I should have been refunded my trade in credit via gift card. Will I get $62.85 trade in value as gift card?

Order has been returned in BestBuy store. I am out of Trade-in device and also did not get refund/credit of $62.85 for the trade-in value for the router. Stil waiting for help & follow-up response from any BBY Social Media Specialist.
