We do our best to accommodate returns and exchanges when they are within our Return & Exchange Promise. I'm sorry to hear that your return wasn't able to be accepted. My understanding is that damaged items may not be eligible for return or exchange. How long ago was the TV purchased? Did the box or packaging show any signs of damage?
