Refused Return

I tried to take a tv I picked up from a store back because when I unboxed it the screen was cracked and they wouldn’t take it.

We do our best to accommodate returns and exchanges when they are within our Return & Exchange Promise. I'm sorry to hear that your return wasn't able to be accepted. My understanding is that damaged items may not be eligible for return or exchange. How long ago was the TV purchased? Did the box or packaging show any signs of damage?

There isn’t an abundance of damage to the box which is why they probably still sold it. I’ve had it since June 14 I believe.
