I am at a loss trying to get an issue resolved. I have made at least 7 phone calls and spoken with multiple managers.  The order number I am referring to {removed per forum guidelines}.  I have had two case numbers assigned:  {removed per forum guidelines}and  {removed per forum guidelines}.
