I purchased a iPad in store but it was out of stock so I selected to have shipped to my home. I made the purchase on Aug 30 2020. Said it would be delivered Sept 8th. I never received the iPad in the mail because shipping notification stated contained hazard material so I went back to the store on Sept 9 2020 and asked to cancel the order. Since it was also shipped the store called the bridge and had them open a case to refund me my money back to my best buy credit card. Told me it would take 7 to 10 business days for the refund to show up. Today is oct 20 2020 and I still don't have the refund on my credit card. Its been longer than a billing cycle as well because I recieved my statement this week. Can someone please get this refund expedited so that I can get this taken care.
