Refund status

I canceled my order on Wednesday, November 24 and I haven’t gotten the refund. I usually get the money back into my account within 12 hours so for it to have taken this long is odd.

I know whenever I'm expecting a refund I hope to have these funds available in my account as quickly as possible. I would be happy to provide some more information about this process.

 

Based on your post, it sounds like this order was cancelled before you were charged. Is this correct? Generally, when placing an order on our website an authorization hold is placed on your account to ensure these funds are available. Once your order has been picked up or shipped we will charge your account.

 

If an order is cancelled, these authorization holds are usually released within one billing cycle. I would recommend reaching out to your banking institution for more information about this timeline.
