Hi,
I preordered a Note 10+ on August 12th in a Best Buy store, and on August 18th, I cancelled my preorder. Every time I check the status of my refund, it says it is pending and can take up to 48 hours to process. Given it’s been well beyond the initial 48 hours... I am curious as to why it’s still pending. Appreciate any help or insight on this.
