Refund issue for items did not receive

Placed an instore order on November 23.  UPS delivered the package to wrong address on November 28, and issued a claim to best buy on December 7, 2018.  Called best buy 1-888-237-8289 several times and requested a refund for the items misdelivered, have not received any response yet. Please help. Thanks.
