Refund for broken Samsung after 7 months

Hello,
I purchase a 65 inch Samsung in March 2022 online . The screen fell off in Nov 2022. I have tried to call and get a replacement, Best Buy customer service is horrendous. I purchased a knew tv already from Costco. I would like a refund on this tv. Order {removed per forum guidelines}. I also called Samsung and their customer service is just as bad.

Another unusual way to communicate with customers. I don’t have the orange envelope. I don’t have any idea to use full or desktop view on my iPhone. Can you email me direct to finalize this. Matter.

If your TV was mounted on the wall,you would be responsible for the replacement of the TV. I'm not sure who installed the mount for you but this is considered customer damage and is 100% not refundable. 

 

There are statues of limitations on what services are guaranteed for wall mounting and purchasing a TV. Samsung is also not responsible for the TV falling off the wall.
