Refund for In-Store purchase marked as processed but never received

Hello team,

 

I made an in-store purchase on 01/16/2022 canceled it online because it arrived too late. After completing the cancellation request online I received an email stating that my refund had been processed on 01/27/2022. However, I have not received the refund on my credit card yet and it has been more than a month.
