As for the refund, was this order placed in a store rather than online? If so, the return would need to be processed by the store after the cancellation. have you spoken to the store about processing that? If not you can send in a private message through the link in my signature with your name, email address, phone number, and order number. I can reach out to the store to see if they can process the refund for you.
