Refund Issue

Please I placed an order in 22th match 2022 and this order was ready for pickup but I was so late to pick it up so it canceled by the store and until now I haven't received any refund I have gone to the store more than 2 times and they keep telling me that the refund will be in the same gift cards used in the order but until now no refund and that problem more than a month please I need your help That's so dissapointed.
