Refrigerator returned - marked as returned - Still on credit card

Order {removed per forum guidelines}.

 

Refrigerator was ordered on November 27th. Installed on November 30th. Unit was defective and required repair. I elected to return unit on the 30th. Unit was picked up and returned on December 4th. Account and order status shows item was returned. Account balance shows still owing for the returned item. Please email me to let me know when this issue will be resolved. Much Thanks!

 

Now have spent over three hours on hold.  Worst customer experience ever!  Have purchased thousands of dollars from Bestbuy and are shocked at getting this problem resolved.

Thanks for joining the Best Buy Community forums, and for reaching out to us about this. I appreciate your patience in awaiting a reply. Appliances aren't inexpensive, and having that much money tied up must be an inconvenience.
