Refrigerator not on Order, Store never answers phone.

I bought a appliance bundle in store 165 on 9/30/2020 from David {removed per forum guidelines}. Delivery is set up but when I go to my orders on my Best Buy Account page the Refridgerator is not listed. I have tried now for two days to reach the store and talk to Mr {removed per forum guidelines} but cannot reach him because the store never answers the phone. This amounts to several hours on hold and my first instinct is to cancel the entire order 5000.00+ order and buy it somewhere else. This is just not acceptable me, I guess Best Buy just does not want my business.

Allison, Thanks for the prompt reply, I drove all the way to the store,a 60 mile round trip to get an answer to a question that I could have gotten on the phone. Whoever came up with the asinine idea to send people's phone calls to stores all over the country is a moron. No longer is it an 'exciting' thing to buy new appliances. At this point if Best Buy can just get them here as scheduled without anymore hassle, then I can quit worrying since this has not been the only problem with this order. It would be nice to be reimbursed for my wasted time and gas money, IRS pays .58 a mile,

but I doubt Best Buy will take responsibility for their failed store policies. BTW if you will look at reviews online it is not an uncommon complaint.

I appreciate your response and understand where you're coming from. I can imagine how big of an inconvenience it must have been to drive all the way to the store, and I would be frustrated with this as well. I'd like to learn more about your experience and see how I can provide further support.
