Received a return warning

I too got a return warning today and I am done shopping with Best Buy and this needs to be removed. After spending half an hour with a sales associate on wireless earbuds, I bought some Sony’s and was told to return if I wasn’t happy. I was deciding between Sony Bose and apple AirPods. I tried them out for business meeting and they are not
Loud enough so I returned them and got a return warning. I am furious. Not only could I then not get the Bose to try next but everyone in the store said they had never seen a return warning before when I asked several workers. I don’t shop here often but I won’t be back. When trying to call the unknowledgeable support line for the return warning, I was told I couldn’t return anything or exchange anything for a year!!! This is laughable. I have bought maybe 4 items in two years from best buy with my Best Buy card. I need this “warning” removed immediately and can tell you I am not happy and insulted. With Amazons return policy shopping at Best Buy is a joke with this policy. Especially when your own sales associates are pushing for the consumer to shop and return if necessary. Plus nobody at your store knows anything about it. Please contact me immediately to remove this I am not in the least but ok with this insult.

The Retail Equation is not just a Best Buy thing, it is across other stores that use this return technology. Have you done returns elsewhere? They will add up in a file. If the system decides you're improperly returning items the will flag it as suspicious.
