Hi, I have made a Best Buy purchase recently, with a combination of best buy gift card and personal credit card.
The refund for the order was issued back in full, however, only the partial credit appears in the credit card so far. The other partial credit did not post back to the gift card (despite the email claiming it as the case). The gift card is still zero. The refund to the credit card has been received long ago, so there is no reason why the gift card amount is not refunded yet.
Can someone please help?
