I had a pretty bad visit to best buy today. The person who waited on me was pretty rude and unprofessional (and im not just some person who complains, I work retail too, so I KNOW rude when I see it)
I went in to return something I got, and i got a new item. I acccadently clicked e-mail recipt..... never got it STILL.
and on the bestbuy website it shows NO record of the return. and I had over $66 being refunded which is now lost........
